At Knight Frank, promoting professional equality between women and men is a strong and lasting commitment. This commitment is part of a broader approach encompassing gender balance, corporate social responsibility, parenthood, and workplace well-being.
Our actions are reflected in the implementation of our professional equality charter, as well as in our active participation in several industry initiatives such as the Cercle des Femmes de l’Immobilier, LIRE (Ladies in Real Estate), CREW, and 17%.
We also benefit from the support of our Gender Equality Officer, Inès Jouyet, Partner, Investment Retail, who helps foster an internal culture of listening, fairness, and respect.
These ongoing efforts demonstrate our determination to make concrete and measurable progress.
