In a non-exhaustive way, our company Knight Frank is committed to initiatives promoting gender balance, CSR, parenthood, and well-being at work. This is reflected, among other things, in its involvement with the Cercle de Femmes de l’Immobilier, the CREW association, LIRE (Ladies in Real Estate), and 17%, as well as in the appointment of a gender-equality representative, Inès Jouyet, Partner, who is dedicated to championing these topics as closely as possible with all employees. She challenges us on our policy of promoting women to strategic positions, which has been in place for several years, and actively contributes to the development of our new professional equality charter.
In Paris, the professional equality index between women and men applies to the Knight Frank Economic and Social Unit, which includes our two entities Knight Frank SNC and Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory.
The 2025 index was calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article D1142-2-1. The final score obtained is 94/100 based on the four indicators assessed below:
• gender pay gap: 39/40
• increase gap: 35/35
• return from maternity leave: 15/15
• highest salaries: 5/10
The result covers a workforce of 86 people over the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
The method for categorising staff was reviewed, in consultation with staff representatives and after the Works Council was consulted, in order to reflect the different levels of responsibility of employees as accurately as possible.
We remain strongly committed to actions that promote professional equality and continue to pursue ongoing improvement.
