Knight Frank is committed to continuous improvements in CSR, parenthood, well-being at work and gender equality.
In Paris, the gender equality index concerns Knight Frank SNC and Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory.
The 2024 index (55/100) was calculated in accordance with the decree of 8th January 2019. The reference period is from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 and concerns a workforce of 67, including 37 women.
The results of the 4 assessed indicators are as follows
- pay gap: 0/40,
- pay rise gap: 35/35,
- return from maternity leave: 15/15,
- highest salaries: 5/10.
Our action plan will soon be discussed by the Knight Frank UES social and economic committee. Our corrective measures and progress targets will be published shortly afterwards.
