The Galerie Royale is organized around two courtyards, the first 18th-century and the second in Art Deco style. The paving on the ground will guide the visitor's path, becoming a real common thread. To revitalize the premises and energize the flow of traffic, we thought it was obvious to install a restaurant in the Cour Boissy. We worked on the offices in the same way, adding fluidity to create two floors, one facing the street, the other the courtyard, on either side of two period stairwells. On the 2nd floor, two salons with remarkable interiors, listed as historical monuments, will be restored to their former glory. Finally, we've opened up the 5th floor to a rooftop that echoes the two courtyards on the first floor.
