The Greater Paris Region outperformed the national average in the first half of 2026, with a RevPAR of €116.4 (excluding taxes), up 3.7 %. The occupancy rate in the region rose by 1.8 percentage points to 72.9 %, eight percentage points higher than the national average, whilst the average rate increased by 1.1 % to €159.6 excluding taxes.
