The French Investment Market | 3rd Quarter 2026

At the end of September 2026, €10.5 billion had been invested in commercial real estate in France, an increase of 22% year-on-year. With €3.2 billion committed, the 3 rdquarter increased by 17% compared to the 3 rdquarter of 2025, after an already dynamic 2 nd quarter ( €4.9 billion).
